IERP brings together a dynamic network of educators, lecturers, and key stakeholders who apply their professional experience and expertise to address the root causes of poor academic outcomes.
The initiative addresses an urgent need to reform the education system, recognizing that many students underperform due to a combination of systemic challenges, limited access to academic support, and socio-economic barriers.
